Civil by Parker are an experienced spray-seal and civil construction company that services the whole of South-West Victoria from Delacombe, Ballarat, Warrnambool, Bendigo and anywhere in between.
After being founded in 2015 by Daniel Parker, who has over a decade's worth of experience in the industry, the company has developed fast and now offers a range of quality road construction, reconstruction and maintenance services, as well as wet and dry plant hire solutions.
Our services are available 7am-6pm on weekdays, with Saturday hours available in some cases on request. Whether you need sealing, construction and maintenance work, driveway resurfacing, asphalt repair, driveway repair, pothole repair, profiling, patching, stabilising, laser grading or earth moving, we've got the right workers and machines for the job.
Our top of the range plant of equipment is also available for hire, either with or without an operator. For road maintenance, the 2002 Hino Flocon is the ideal choice, or for sealing, priming and repair work you can't go wrong with the 2001 UD Flocon. We also have loaders and rollers at our disposal, as well as smaller pieces of equipment such as a rotary laser, demo saw and wacker plate.
We carry out rigorous checks every day to ensure that all of our services meet industry requirements to ensure the safety of our workers and customers.
